Command Line to make game download all Guild Wars content?
Does anyone know of a command line that you can add to the guild wars shortcut that makes it so that your game downloads all of the available files for every area that are currently available?

It's -image. The whole target line would be:
"C:\Program Files\Guild Wars\Gw.exe" -image

Get a shortcut to your gw.exe file (I made a separate one, but you don't need to), and add "-image" to its Target field. Start it up and it will download everything you don't have and then quit when its done.

I created a second shortcut on the desktop and put the image command in that.
I have it stored in a folder so I can run it whenever I need to while still having the original one for normal use. If I get bad lag or framerates I come out and run it which often fixes the problem. |
